UTD will hold a virtual town hall next Monday, Feb. 16, at noon to provide updates on and answer questions about the damage to the Bioengineering and Sciences Building and Natural Science and Engineering Research Laboratory.

Students, faculty and staff will be able to join this meeting virtually. Anyone can submit questions in advance using an online form until this Friday at 5 p.m.

UTD first announced damage to the research buildings Feb. 1 in an email stating the buildings would remain closed until further notice. The damage was likely brought on by the extreme cold conditions during the late January winter storm.

This is a breaking news story. The Retrograde will provide more details as new information emerges.
